Since this video was posted (from February to March 2021), home prices in the Triangle have increased another 4.4%! Inventory was down 8.1%, and days on market decreased another 23.8%! The trailing 12 month period through the end of March 2021 yielded a 13% gain in average sales price.
Recent announcements from employers (Apple, Fuji Diosynth, Invitae, Google) opening offices and operations in the Triangle are further compounding the situation. While it presents HUGE challenges for the average buyer, it has also opened up opportunities for big upside returns on real estate investments.
